Designed for the toughest winter weather, the Century EquiShell 200 1680D Turnout with Detachable Hood offers superior warmth and protection when temperatures drop. With a durable 1680D nylon ripstop outer, 200 grams of insulating fill, and a detachable hood, this heavyweight turnout is fully waterproof, windproof, and breathable—keeping your horse warm, dry, and comfortable in the harshest conditions.

The smooth nylon lining helps prevent rubbing, while large shoulder gussets ensure freedom of movement. The double quick front closure system allows for an adjustable fit with quick snap-and-go convenience, reinforced by a secure hook & loop layer underneath.

The Turnout features universal liner attachment points at the neck—2 for EquiBase Liners (50g, 100g, or 200g, purchased separately, see blanket liner page) and 4 for the EquiShell Hood—and 2 on the rear at each side for the liner make it easy to adapt to changing weather. With a detachable hood included, you get added flexibility for full winter coverage when needed. Finished with adjustable elastic cross surcingles, elastic leg straps, a tail flap, and tail tie, this turnout is designed to stay in place and keep your horse protected all season long.
